Standard Andav Procedures for a Roof Restoration are:

Replace all broken, chipped tiles and capping

Check and secure all roof penetrations

Check, secure and coat all flashings and valleys

Source and rectify all leaks as noted

High pressure clean the roof to eliminate all oxidization, moss & dirt

Clean out valleys, gutters and downpipes

Re-bed ridges where required

Repoint entire ridgecapping with Starpoint

Seal roof with appropriate sealer or metal roof primer

Coat entire roof with 2 coats of your chosen product and colour

Clean up and remove waste

Ensure 10 spare tiles are left painted for future use

Tileflex 2000® is another remarkable product we use that contains Teflon® to protect your roof and add value to your home.  This product offers a scientific blend of active ingredients designed to repel dirt, prevent moss, and totally waterproof your roof.  Tileflex 2000® will keep its good looks for years to come.

Sealers and Primers

Nutech Acrylic Sealers and Primers have also been thoroughly researched and have the best resistance properties to ultra violet light radiation from sunlight, and greater durability over old fashioned solvent based products.  And being water based, Nutech products are more environmentally friendly and easier to clean up after use.  The sealer and primer used will depend on the condition of the tile or roof surface.  We also use an Anti-Corrosion Metal Primer suitable for steel, galvanized zincalume and colorbond® roof sheeting.
